1 12-oz bag of frozen or fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced.
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh grated, peeled ginger
1/2 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced.
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh grated, peeled ginger
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Add all ingredients together into a medium-sized sauce pan. Place over medium heat and stir until all of the sugar has dissolved.
Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until most of the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, cool, cover and refrigerate.
