A super simple chocolate fudge brownie that will brighten up anyone's day!
Delicious Chocolate Fudge Brownie
These fudge-like brownies come with a warning…they are addictive! When buying cocoa, look for good quality (not from the bulk foods section) cocoa because it does make a difference in the taste.
Makes 10 brownies
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in the microwave, cool slightly and then whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
In a medium-sized bowl, add the cocoa, sugar, salt, and flour. Pour in the wet mixture and mix well. Spoon into the prepared dish and bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
