Chocolate Chip Cookies

In celebration of all that's good in the world here's a recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that's filled with chocolate! 

Chocolate Chip Cookies With Lots of Chocolate

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 15

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chocolate semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat in cocoa, egg and baking soda. Stir in flour, then chocolate chips. Roll two tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly brown.
