Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
This is a fun salad dressing to make, and it also makes a good dip for raw veggies. I use this salad dressing on butter lettuce, with chopped green onions and avocado.
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a jar and whisk well. Spoon enough salad dressing onto lettuce to coat. Keep in the fridge and use within 3 days.
